TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

The training and development activities at MAMS are central to the idea of developing managers who become responsible professionals in society and industry. In order to achieve this goal, a holistic scheme is introduced to provide thorough knowledge in leadership, interpersonal relations, and life and team management skills to the students. The training methodology and programs are structured in such a way that the students are equipped with special skills in intuitive and lateral thinking, soft skill and personality development, research, conducting negotiations, collaborating on projects and decision making to help launch them into successful careers.
